Traditional Chinese characters disappearing after finished typing in text box

Hi, 

What do I need help with?

I would like to seek your help in solving 1 issue I ran into in the past week: in the past week, some of the texts entered in Traditional Chinese characters on whiteboard will disappear once the meeting participants (myself and the attendees included) finish typing and hit enter. I’ve been using Zoom for the past 4 years+, and I’ve never had this issue until last week when Zoom whiteboard had an update (with new visual layouts for the tool bar). 

What I have tried to fix the problem (to no avail):

So far, I’ve tried to fix it with the following methods:

1. Disable the “Use Whiteboard by default” option in Setting (under “Meeting (General))
2. Change text to all the available fonts in Whiteboard
3. Fix possible incompatibility issue by updating Window IME (Traditional Chinese input)
4. Enter text using “Post-it” on Whiteboard instead of using the text box
5. Updating Zoom Desktop APP to the latest version 

None of them solved my issue. I do 20+ meetings every week on Zoom with speakers of Traditional Chinese, so not being able to type fully in Traditional Chinese is quite an issue for me. 

What would I like to ask for help for:
Could anyone kindly offer any possible way I can try to fix this issue? Not being able to type in Traditional Chinese fonts for me is bad for my productivity and business. I may need to find another online meeting tool if I cannot solve this issue, but I like Zoom quite a lot and would hate to do that.
