Where do I find video/files downloaded from chat?

Super frustrated with how this app works. A video was shared in a meeting, in the team chat section (I assume it was team chat, it was the Chat button between the Home and Phone buttons). I downloaded them on my s26 ultra, and now they are nowhere to be found. Why is it so difficult to just be able to view what I have downloaded?
