Hello - I can't seem to turn off gestures on My Mac. I have gone through settings and everything is unchecked. I took a screenshot to show this but can't upload here.  If I raise my thumb even by accident a thumb bubble arrives on my screen. Then my video freezes but my audio continues. The only option is to unplug my camera and plug it back in.  The equipment I am using is a Sony a6400 camera with HDMI out into a Elgato Camlink 4k and then USB into my Mac.  This has only just started and I'm getting really frustrated with it as I also tend to "talk with my hands" so to speak.. I am on the latest version of software for Zoom and also Mac OS. Please help. Thank you.

so we use a headset here to answer multiple calls. when i am on one call and the phone rings it rings through the headset and i can't hear my current customer that i am speaking with. is their any setting or any advice to fix this problem. i tried the audio use separate audio device to play ringtone simultaneously and that didn't work. thank you, Chris

Feature Request:I would like to suggest that Zoom enables virtual backgrounds to be included in Cloud recordings, just like they appear during live meetings. Currently, while virtual backgrounds are visible to meeting participants, they do not appear in the Cloud recordings, which can be frustrating when trying to share visually appealing content with others.It would be great if this feature could be added to enhance the overall experience for users who rely on Cloud recordings. Hey,my question: Pressing the keyboard shortcuts to lift ab the hand (alt + y) or to switch to mute (alt + a) always causes a sound.It seems... only in Zoom.If I use "space" to mute the sound...  or do click onto the symbol for mute.. no sound.Does anybody know how to switch it off?It seems only to happen in combination with "alt"Thank youMatthias

Hello, I have a recurring meeting set up 4 meeting occurrences. I'd like to close registration for just one of the meetings or put a cap on attendance for that specific meeting. Is it possible to cap the number of registered guests for that occurrence and not put a limit on the whole series? Or am I able to close registration for that session? 

Hi!  I give music lessons (classical flute) on Zoom, which works really well when both the student and I use external microphones to the computer.However, when using the mobile phone for Zoom, this is causing problems. We tried to connect a Zoom H5 handy recorder to an Iphone, but there are severe problems with latency and it "cut offs" the register on the instrument.  Is there a way to solve this, with a handy recorder + Iphone? 🙂 Ann

My company has a horizontal log. No matter what I do, I can't fit my company logo in the profile picture. Since it nees a square profile image, it always cuts off the left and right sides of the logo, and there are no controls to allow me to shrink the logo to fit. Hi!  I recorded a meeting on the cloud, then shared a link with the passcode with the participants, and they were able to view it online, but they also wanted to download the files of the recording, but the download started and stalled at 1% before timing out. This was an issue both for the meeting participants and myself, if viewing it through the link. Any idea what might be causing this? I checked the recording sharing settings on my Zoom account and it is enabled for downloading for anyone viewing the recording.  I was later able to download the files from the Recordings section on my account and share the files in a different way, but this is obviously not ideal, as it requires the use of WeTransfer or a shared folder I can access. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! 

Hello - trying to see if this is a capability. We have a student who joins our calls live and has an ASL interpreter join every call. We spotlight the interpreters, but they do not show up in the recording when our instructor is sharing their screen. They don't speak, so they obviously don't show up in speaker view, and they don't show up in gallery view either when I download the replay. Is this a capability in Zoom to be able to see both spotlighted participants when someone is sharing their screen through the replay?

Hi All, hope someone has an idea how to fix this. We have several zoom rooms, two of which keep displaying the following message:Zoom rooms is not configured for this account. you can switch account or exit to configure These rooms are run via Mac Minis. This message is overlayed over the actual zoom room screen, which still works perfectly fine. If i do click exit, and restart zoom rooms, it logs in automatically and everything is fine. Then within the next few days however, the message pops up again. I've tried reinstalling zoom rooms but not sure what else to try Adam 

How can I control camera brightness?  Are there better quality cameras that have brightness and zoom-in controls?  I constantly have over brightness problems.

We collaborate using a Zoom whiteboard, that has lots of small objects that we use to drag and drop into lists.  It never consistently snaps to grid correctly, resulting in a messy looking board.  Sometimes it will, but other times no matter how little you try to move them they never align.   Anyone know a way to either turn off the snap-to-grid, or to get the objects to align correctly?

I am using zoom in my Chrome  browser and when I try following the chat log it goes up and down. It makes it very hard to track where I was left off and what new entries are.

Hi!!I just tried to share my video but the Optimize for Viedeo sharing button is deaktivated that I cannot turn it on.; I have tried also in another Meeting from another account, and this button was activated... What is just happening with my account? And is there anyone who can solve this problem?

I cannot find where to implement my quizzes or polls in  my meeting that is currently in progress.  The AI bot was less than helpful.  I have three quizzes created.  Please help.  

I am an alternative host on a pro account.  When I am in a meeting created by the host I am unable to create or access polls. There is no poll option.  The account owner has granted me polling permission. Help please.

I love the "new" multi-speaker view in typical Q&A type meeting. Except for the fact that the speaker lingers on screen long after they're done and they're often unaware that they are still on screen.  It would be great if Zoom had a "remove" person from multi-view feature that Hosts and co-hosts could use to remove them rather than waiting on the Zoom timeout ...

I participated in a meeting where the usual host was not present and so someone else was chairing. The meeting is usually summarised with Ai companion and Meeting Summary function by the usual host. But the stand in did not have the feature enabled on his account.  Despite this, I "requested" that they enable meeting summary for this meeting by just clicking the button on my side. This showed it had sent the request, and then the Ai star was visible throughout the meeting as usual.  Prior to the end of the meeting, the original host left, and the hosting was handed to me for a further 10 mins.  When I asked the stand in host to access the summary that was made (as he was the one who enabled it for the meeting), he said he hadn't enabled the settings for Ai Companion yet, and that when he went into the account section where summaries are stored, he was just greeted with a "this feature is not enabled,

Hi everyone!I'm new in the Zoom Community.Recently a provider send an AI summary of our Zoom session to me and I'm considering the possibility to use it in my services.My question is:Is it possible to have a AI summary if I didn't set up AI companion in the session?Or this is not possible 'a posteriori'?I would love to see the accuracy of the summary checking with previous recordings with clients.Thank you in advance for your answers!Montserrat
