Hey all, I’m a fitness instructor that has been running both online and hall classes together I’ve been using a mixer for music and mic and has worked perfectly however all of a sudden the music cuts in and out and sound like it’s under water while the mic is fine. Please help as I have a zumba class tomorrow 😫 can I uninstall the last update as I can only presume this is the issue as I’ve tested everything else? Thanks x
I have already told people to check spam/junk folders; I have already DOUBLE checked their emails. I have already gone into zoom and RESENT confirmation emails to all who have registered - and I still have people emailing me that they have NOT RECEIVED the link. Not sure what is going one. We have been using ZOOM webinar features since April of 2020 - and this has never been an issue before. Need help!!!! Webinar is tomorrow.Thank you
I never had this problem in the last two years, when I join a meeting, I can see my own video, but the other participants only see a black screen where I should be, the host in 1 meeting said she could see me, but I was froze, so I just turned off my video so at least my profile picture was displayed, that was yesterday, and it happened both on my laptop and my android phone. Then today, my profile picture wouldn't even display, I checked all my settings, updated everything on my laptop, uninstalled & reinstalled zoom on my phone, and still nothing. I am on the basic plan, but I've never had this happen before. Had anyone else had this problem?Is there a solution?Thank you in advance.
When I sign in, it shows me the main screen and then signs me out abruptly. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded and the same thing happened over and over.
I have 6 different meeting types for my clients to book on Scheduler. I added them in a random order. I have noticed that the newest meeting is the first to display on my booking schedule page and my public page. I want these schedules to display on my public page in a specific order. Is there a way to do this?
Normally when I view my meetings I can see next to the recurring meetings that the next meeting is 4 of 20 (for example). This feature has now completely disappeared and I have no idea why or how to get it back. Can anyone help? When I view my meetings now it is impossible to see if they are recurring or just one off meetings.
Hi, would you please return the open to new tab button when we right click the mouse on every zoom meeting? We need to click each meeting to download compared before that we can open a couple of zoom tabs in just a few seconds.
For a recurring meeting, I am the meeting host and I have an alternative host. For today's meeting, I was unable to join, so my alternative host lead the meeting. They recorded and clicked on the "Start Summary" button. After the meeting, I received the recording via email, but I have not received the "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" email (I checked my settings and the summary is set to only send it to me). The summary is not showing up in my list of Meeting Summaries on my Zoom web portal either. Where can I find the Meeting Summary if it's not emailed or in my Meeting Summaries list? Does "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" only work if the meeting host starts it (vs. an alternative host)?
Saludos. I am conducting English classes via a simple Zoom room. I see the new Whiteboard, which looks fantastic. I am unsure of how to share with the Zoom meeting. I need simple clear instructions. I have investigated the available tutorials but remain in the dark. When I am in a meeting, I can click Share then whiteboard, but I only see the old-style whiteboards. Any clarification you can offer me will be appreciated. Thank you.
Just updated my Mac M1 to Sonoma 14.4.1 and now my external usb webcam doesn't work anymore. It works fine with other applications like facetime and loom, so I know this is a zoom bug. It initially had a error message about the virtual background, so I turned that off. However, not it just doesn't do anything. The mic from the external web picks up audio, but the video does not load which is super strange. Uninstalled zoom completely and reinstalled. Same issue. Feels like this is a major bug with Zoom application and Mac Apple processors and Sonoma 14.4.1.
How long does it take for a 30 min recording to be transcribed?
Hi, I having a problem that once I mute mic it show internet unstable and very lag. But once I unmute it back to normal.Others apps/games no problem only Zoom and my internect connection no problem.I did troubleshoot my laptop network and connectionshowed no problem and closed all behind apps that unnecessary but still got the problem.My laptop is new Dell, please help to solve this problem as I need to use zoom to study everyday....😥
i have been using zoom chats for a while.. suddenly today it came with a message that i can not send a message to one of my coworker because he is not my contact.even though he is my contact.so here is what we tried to fix1. we removed each other from our contacts2. we added back3. even now if we try to send a text it comes with same message "you cannot chat with XYZ because m t is not your contact." we both can chat to other people but cant to each other. any help will be appreciated.Thanks

I can no longer stream to facebook group by clicking "more" then "live on facebook" as there is no longer an option for my facebook group. I tried using the live streaming app but when I set it up and i'm ready to stream im getting, "Error: Failed to connect to Zoom servicesPlease refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. If the error persists, contact Zoom support." I have tried refreshing, restarting and logging out and back in. I need help please
I recently bought a new computer and transferred my recording to the new computer in the same location. The zoom app under recordings can view my recordings that are stored locally but the app when I am in the meetings tab, recorded is now blank. The web portal can see my recordings and local is enabled.Please advise.
Hi I have a Zoom subscription from Japan. With it I have a 050 number for WW calls, I have many countries included/allowed under this number according to my profile details. Currently, I am in Europe and want to call France but when I enter the French number and country code, Zoom puts a +81 (Japan country code) in front of it all and cannot dial) How do I avoid this? For example, the French number is +33 1 86 12 34 56 but Zoom dials +81 0033 1 86 12 34 56 Device is iPhone 8 plus
I was just in a zoom call today for school and everything was working normally at first. I was using my Macbook and had my AirPods connected during the meeting. In the main room, both my mic and my video were working, along with the general sound from the other people in the call. However, when we were put into breakout rooms, I had issues hearing the other people in the breakout room. My own mic and video were working but I couldn't hear anyone else talking. I had to take out my Airpods and connect the sound to my computer's speaker to get any sound to work. I've never had this problem before, so I'm not entirely sure what the issue here is.
I use the Classic Whiteboard on an iPad Air. After updating this week to version 6.2.3 my Apple Pencil doesn't write smoothly on the screen. In contrast, the stylus works properly in other apps. It even works properly in the newer Whitboard, but I can't use that option because I can't see the other participant. Has anyone else experienced this Apple Pencil problem?

Hello, I've been using Zoom for a while, and apart from the screen freezing from time to time, I've had no problems. This week, however, in two different meetings, each with one other person, our video pictures started flickering wildly and jumping all over the place, so badly that we had to shut down the video and switch to audio only. I've never had this problem before, and I wonder if anyone else has, and if so, how it can be fixed? I did try asking Zoom support but they said they were unable to respond at the moment. My husband logged in to a meeting using my laptop exactly one time. The next time I clicked on a meeting link in an email, it put me right in (didn't ask me to log in) as him. I thought for sure that wouldn't happen again once I logged out as him and in as me. But...whenever I follow an email link for a meeting, it ALWAYS automatically logs me in as him, even when the last meeting I was in, I was logged in as me. I have to exit the meeting every time, click on my zoom tab and log in as myself. Every. Time. I basically just can never click on an email zoom link or I'll be in as him. I have tried everything. I'm out of ideas!!! Could this be because his is a paid account and mine's a free account so his account (the ghost of his account?) is somehow taking precedence?? Or because he used zoom on my laptop before I had an account?
Where can I find my recording? I just had a meeting, started and stopped recording a couple of times, at the end of the meeting zoom usually asks me where I want to save the recording. today... nothing. Where can I
Please fix the camera issue asap. We're having an important meeting. I even tried a secondary camera and the issue is still there.
