I am unable to access my recording as I’m receiving error code 124
Our supervisors have access to listen, whisper, and barge into their reports’ calls with no issues, but the button to preview call transcripts appears intermittently. About 75% of the time, the button is greyed out, but for some calls they can click the blue preview button and pop out the live call transcript. I haven’t seen anything about this feature in CC support docs. Has anyone else experienced this, or know if it’s a permission setting on the super or agent end we could fix?
I’m new to Zoom as a presenter. I want to be able to use a foot pedal to advance screens in powerpoint. There are many to choose from, most work with bluetooth for mobile, but only a few that say they are PC compatible. Have any of you used one successfully and what brand/model was it?Thank!Cheri
If I have an active chat, but I have minimized zoom or have focus in a different app, and I get a new message, I get a notification of the new message. I can’t respond to ever message as it comes in so I ignore it. When I return to zoom to check my messages or if I click on the notification from another message, that one from the previously “active” chat is marked read. If it’s been a while or if I was away from my computer when that notification comes, I may forget that message came in. I’m not a fan. I did have a recent update and this seems like a newer feature.

The system fails to recognize participants automatically, forcing us into a completely manual workflow. On top of that, the detection is highly inaccurate.Our Setup: Licenses: Zoom Rooms Subscription + Zoom Workplace Pro. Profiles: All recurring participants have created and saved their unique audio/voice profiles. Settings: All necessary admin policies are enabled, and the expected participants are explicitly added to the meeting invitations by name. Language: 99% of our meetings are conducted in Hungarian, meaning the spoken language is Hungarian. Voice profiles were recorded successfully. After upgrading Zoom to the latest version several users can’t get their webcam to work. It just shows a black preview box, no error messages. If you try to test the microphone, the test button doesn’t do anything. Again no errors.Webcam privacy is all allowed in Windows 11, I tried resetting the camera settings in windows, deleting the zoom profile folders, uninstalling zoom entirely and reinstalling - nothing fixes this. The camera works just fine in MS Teams and the built in Camera app in windows/settings.This is happening with multiple laptop types (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and even plugging in an external webcam doesn’t solve it. I have tried messing with every option in the ‘Video and Effects’ panel, nothing seems to make any difference. Any ideas? It makes no sense at all to me.
I am having trouble with folks registering for our zoom meeting and adding it to their calendars but then it doesn’t appear again or show up in the calendars. Some folks are also having to register for each meeting separately. We are also trying to edit each Zoom calendar invite with the specific details of who will be presenting (not just on the registration link and meeting details).

Great - phished. Got me. So I try it out. “Make me a deck that….” write a whole prompt, hit the button, THEN i get a login prompt. Log in, hit a brand new landing page. Prompt gone. my video seems to go out when I’m on zoom meetings. Sometimes the video won’t start, or other times in the middle of a zoom meeting, there is a glitch, i never lost connectivity, although there was a pop up message, then I noticed I could not get video to be visible in the meeting. The zoom was 4 hours long and was recorded. I left the meeting and rejoined again, but no luck getting my video on.Is there a quick way for zoom support to test my video right now? I just reset my computer, an hp laptop. I also want to add a back ground picture of myself as well, I don’t pay for Zoom.
We just turned on messaging (web chat) in one of our reservation department. It made a mess of our dashboards. I have all agents assigned to a Reservations (voice) Queue and Reservations Chat queue. Even though I have all the filters are set to the Reservations Voice Queue, the Dashboards are insisting on blending the two queues together. A real time agent listing will show agents as ready and idle even when they are on a call because they are not on a chat. In addition, the available agent’s widget does the same. I want it to show how many agents are available to take a call, but they show available since they are not on a chat. Is this expected behavior because I sure don’t expect it to behave this way.
