We currently use GoToWebinar who offer a simulated live option so that you can pre-record a webinar but then set it up to broadcast at the date and time of your choosing so that it appears live. Is this a feature available on Zoom webinar? I can't see anything that suggests it is.
We have been noticing a lot of customers saying that we are coming up as SPAM when we call out. We do not see this in our internal calls but somehow it is happening on all out-going calls. This is a very bad deterrent for business.Any suggestions? ThanksJosh
It seems there is no way to stop spammers from just adding you to their webinar. I get added nearly every week to some spammer's zoom meeting trying to sell some product. There is no spam option on the invite or way to report them. There is only a cancel meeting option and contact organizer. Why doesn't zoom add in a feature to report them or remove the option to just upload a list they purchased of names and emails??

Since I quit Zoom between meetings, every time I join a new meeting via clicking on a Zoom link in my calendar, this window pops up:I do not use this window. I do not want this window to appear simply because I joined a meeting. I close this window every single time it opens. Is there anything I can do to prevent this window from opening every time I join a meeting?
I used Assisted provisioning URLs : https://provpp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/Polycom/vvx250 for our VVX D230 Poly Cordless Phone , but it is not registering to Zoom .On Zoom I can see following message“Offline Factory reset needed for provisioning” I have reset to factory default but problem still persist.
Hi,I usually have the waiting room enabled and then disable it after class starts so I don't have to monitor and let people in while I'm talking or while a student is talking. For my last two calls, that option is grayed out. How do I disable waiting room? The articles the chat bot gave me didn't reference this. Thanks
Our company switched carriers from a larger phone provider to Zoom Phone about 1 year ago. Spam call detection and blocking was a future feature that played into the decision to switch, but it's still not available. Around that time I saw this as a proposed Zoom enhancement: Spam call detection and blocking: Your Zoom Phone system can be configured to significantly filter out unwanted calls by routing spam calls to voicemail or block them automatically. Can an email be sent to hosts when someone registers for any date in a webinar series?We can click into each event to see the registrants, but I would like to know if we can surface those insights to the webinar host without a manual report pull. We’re trying to track who joins and attends per webinar session.
I just updated to macOS 15 sequoia. My app has been unable to login. It was giving me an error early on, but I did not make note of it. I updated zoom to 6.2.0 (by downloading it from the website), and I was still having issues. First I tried to change my login to use a password and not just click the google button. That seemed to work at first, but I could not join meetings and it claimed I was offline. I downgraded to 6.1.11, and found it worked once, but I could not join a meeting. I tried talking to the chatbot which was hit or miss. It suggested I look at my logs and send them to support, but I don't think I have access to support's email (and I don't see an error in the logs). The other options seems to be to create a support ticket, but I do not see a clear way of doing so. The error I'm currently getting is "You are unable to connect to Zoom. Please check your network connection and try again." I currently have about 400Mbps up and down.
Hi there,Since an update a few weeks ago, Zoom keep using my camera after the call has finished (the blue light on my camera remains on and the "Zoom is using your camera" message is present in the taskbar). If I try to make a second call the camera will fail to initialize in Zoom. The only way to de-allocate the camera without a reboot is to go into task manager and kill all zoom processes, even after exiting Zoom. Has anybody else come across something similar?I'm using Window 10 and Zoom 5.15.3 (18551).

Hello, We recently installed multiple MP1288s in our environment. We have a large number of Cortelco 255400VBA-20M phones spread throughout our campus. Currently we are experiencing an issue where the phones do not ring loud enough to be heard. The sound is a muffled clicking. I have found that when you slide the volume adjuster to the halfway point on the phones, they can be heard but not loud enough for most areas. I am currently troubleshooting this issue with an Audiocodes tech, but still have not figured out a way to get the volume of the bell loud enough. Has anyone ever come across this problem? I have checked the firmware. We have attempted to change the Trapezoid Ring Parameter, to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
Has anyone encountered this problem?Recently, as a Meeting Host, I have been unable to share and 'play' a video (like a YouTube or Vimeo video) during a Zoom meeting. I can cue it up before I start the meeting and start the video with no problem. When I am holding a meeting as the host a get this message when I try the screen sharing function. Could please anybody tell me why this happens and how to sort it out? Thank you in advance
I've been using ZOOM for two years, 2-5 times a week, tutoring a student.Suddenly, ZOOM fails to launch on my PC running Windows10. It's normal on my iPad. I've repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled the program. Still won't launch.I emptied my CHROME cache of cookies and images for all time--still won't launch.I've opened the <Preferences> file in my USER DATA--there is no <"excluded_schemes">--so I removed the only <zoommtg> entry that was referring to my zoom sign-on.--STILL NO ZOOM program launch. Now what...?
Hello friends, we have an issue when setup calendar integration with Exchange on premise 2016. We've get red message "Zoom is unable to connect to the Exchange server." This is the KB we've used to prepare rsources: "https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203847339-Using-Exchange-2013-and-above-with-Zoom-Rooms#h_01F6KSWBR7CDR6EH0FBPNRB38Z" . Interestingly, despite the message "Zoom is unable to connect to the Exchange server.", after saving connection (Save Anyway button), the calendar is synced but not appear to room device. Any suggestions?Thanks in advance!
When both another user and I try to schedule a meeting in the Workplace app, we have to select our Time Zone from the drop down menu every time. We thought it defaulted to the Time Zone on the PC. On both computers, checked PC and Zoom settings, switched Time Zones away and back, and restarted, but still not remembering. Not a huge deal to switch, but would prefer to have default if possible.
It is a Zoom Pro Account type. Using Chrome browser. Cleared cache and cookies. signed out and signed back in and error repeats, see attached screenshot. How do you fix it? Thanks for the help

I am trying to connect zoom to ReStream.io and I previously had integrated with Otter.ai. I disconnected otter.ai, took the zoom app off of my account. Now everytime I try to select livestream with RTMP it says it is "connected to livestream...but it it not- it's still trying to talk to otter.ai! Soooo frustrated. Anyone know what i am doing wrong? I can't seem to find the original fill in the blanks for the url and streaming code. The input options are gone under the livestreaming option.
After the recent upgrade (!) my graphics pen keeps missing pen strokes when using the zoom whiteboard -doesn't happen with any other applications so is a zoom issue.
My iPad Zoom background is blurred even the virtual background is selected “None”.I’ve tried to log out and also delete & reinstalled the Zoom but the background is still blurred. I didn’t change the setting. Please help !
We set up en recurring meeting (every 2 weeks) a long time ago. When we used the link the meeting starts. How can we get rid of the meeting? Or can we ignore it and set up new meetings at the scheduled time? Thomas
