Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues. I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android). After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera. The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem. Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg. About a week ago ZOOM did an automatic update and since then my camera is lagging. All other participants in the meetings are fine, but my camera, as the host, is not. Any advice?
I need meetings that require registration (so we can track who attends the meetings) BUT users always need reminding and we don't want to have to manually send out reminder emails (from the Meetings -> Meeting Name -> Registration -> View -> Resend Confirmation Email). Can we use a generic link that is good for everyone? OR can we configure Zoom to automatically send everyone their links a few minutes before the meeting start? This is a bit of a nightmare for us adminstration-wise.

HelloSince I have my new computer with windows 11, the setting "original sound for musicians" in zooms does not work anymore. In detail, we can hear each other speak but the music sounds seem to be submitted by my laptop. Despite that I have the mode "original sound for musicians" switched on, my music teacher cannot hear me play. I read that some others experienced the same problem but none of the suggested trouble shootings helped so far. Interestingly, with Skype the sound is worse in general, but the music is transmitted, so I would not suspect a problem with my laptop in general but rather problem between zoom and windows 11....Anyone who can help with that?Best and grateful for any input!Josefine
Hello we made over intune a package of Zoom 5.7.1247, when we try to uninstall via powershell, we broke something.We had around 100 clients with this issue, could be possible to get this version to install and then uninstall it correctly?I attached some screenshot of the issue when I try to uninstall.

I have one google account but a few sub calendars under that don't seem to be syncing up with my zoom app. Is there a way to ensure that all calendars under my google account are appearing in the zoom meetings section? Most of these have zoom links in them.
I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S10e) phone, and downloaded the Zoom app a couple years ago when I was away from my laptop. Everything worked great. But lately, I can access meetings just fine, but can only get video - no sound. The sound is all the way up on my phone, I have checked the Permissions in the app settings,, and camera, microphone and phone are all checked. The only change I've made recently is that my selected browser is DuckDuckGo. Any ideas? Thanks.
We have a meeting set up for 5/24/2023, I have it set so that registration is required, but it is approved automatically. However when people are going to register for the meeting it is giving the following error message "This meeting is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address." I don't understand, I thought the point of the form was so they could register and would be automatically authorized. Please help! I need my team to be able to join and I really can't open it to unregistered users!
Hello, why can't messages be deleted or moderated in in-chat meetings and webinars? It would be a great feature. Now in-chat meetings are very risky and it is often safer to disable or limit them to host and co-hosts only. Thanks! Federico
hiby mistake i installed/connected read.ai to Zoomi have removed all join and connected from read.ai for Zoomand also in Zoom app management i removed read.aibut read.ai keeps showing as a participant in every meeting i am joining (as host or not)read.ai support does not provide any solution.i am using Outlook 365 businessit is very annoying.can you assist me? thankmoti
I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

My cursor keeps disappearing while using Zoom - I heard it might be due to a Microsoft update, but how do I fix it? It's a pain in the neck to not be able to use my mouse! I can't figure out what version of Zoom I have. I have an Asus laptop with high specs. Hello, How do I contact Zoom to inquire about inaccurate reporting data for Webinars? For example, I know 20+ people registered to attend my webinar, but Zoom is showing only 14 registrants when I export the list. This has been an ongoing issue, and I don't know why Reports is not showing accurate data in real time.

Is there a way to add or import someone else's weekly recurring meeting within zoom to my zoom scheduled meetings-so when I click My Meetings it is listed automatically there and I can join right from the zoom interface? Seems like there should be a way within zoom to add a scheduled meeting I always attend but someone else hosts to My Meeting list/ schedule? I'd like to be able to join the meeting directly from the Zoom app without having to look for the link or meeting ID and password. I don't want to use outlook or calendar apps to set reminders etc. Specifically asking if this is possible through Zoom. Thank you.
For the past four meetings, my iPhone 14 camera has been auto zooming out anytime I move. I have tried zooming in again but then it zooms out again. I've been emailing support back and forth and they told me to delete the app and reinstall. Didn't help. They asked me to set the iPhone 14 camera on auto-lock. Didn't help. They asked me to turn on "gestures" under meeting settings. I don't have that feature under my meeting settings. I turned off "Follow Focus" under Zoom, Accessibility in my phone settings. Didn't help. Is anyone else having this issue??? Has anyone solved this problem? Is it an iPhone issue or a Zoom app issue??
If I do NOT allow removed participants to rejoin, and if I do remove someone from the meeting, how do I then re-allow that person to join the active meeting, if I want to? Thank you, Rupert
I'm a TA at a university and we're using Canvas to host the class and classes will very virtual on zoom through Canvas. All semester I haven't been able to connect to zoom. I get error code 2216. I thought it was because I didn't have a university email address but now I do and have added it to my Canvas profile and made it my primary. But I'm still getting the error. Any ideas of how to fix this? I'm trying to get this resolved as soon as possible as the next semester will be starting soon
It is absolutely frustrating every time I close a zoom meeting the application remains open and minimizes itself to the notifications area. Who thought this was a good idea? I would like to close the application and be done with it. This becomes a multi-step process to close out of zoom after every meeting that is a waste of my time. It's even more infuriating that there is no way to turn this option off. I've searched the forum for similar posts and the zoom team marked it as solved. The issue is NOT solved hence why I am resurfacing this issue. It's a complete disregard to the end user and such a waste of resources. Please develop a real solution for this problem before closing out this topic.
