I just noticed this feature, but we use Asana for task management. Is there a way to integrate the two so the tasks from the AI companion can be copied into Asana as tasks?
When I use the "test speaker and microphone" option from within zoom the speaker test fails BUT the microphone test works and I can hear the microphone playback through the speakers. Speakers work for other apps and tests on the laptop which is less than 3 years old. Zoom has worked fine for me with the windows desktop app for 2+ years. I was testing some headphones today in the 1/4" port and when I took them out the speakers no longer work properly in the zoom desktop app. I've tried uninstalling the appCorrect speaker is selected (system speakers built into laptop)Speakers tested and work both through system setting and also if I launch a zoom meeting from the web clientSound is not muted or turned down Greatly appreciate any assistance.
Without changing anything, one day this started happening. I am connected to computer audio as usual. And the laptop's speaker is chosen but I can't hear anything. I open the audio settings to test the speaker and before even clicking on it suddenly I can hear the speaker. I test the speaker (same laptop speaker) and can hear the chime. Great. Close the window and can no longer hear the speaker. So now I have the window open the entire meeting to be able to hear while I try to figure this out. Help!
Zoom Bluetooth issues in version 6.6.xThis is using an Anker Bluetooth Conference Speaker. Update 6.6.1 the Bluetooth speaker would work and play audio but not the microphone Zoom would say cannot connect. This is working fine in Windows for both Speaker and Microphone. Update 6.6.6, the Bluetooth microphone started working but now the Bluetooth speaker would not. It looks fine in Zoom, but the speaker never plays any volume, this speaker works fine in Windows. Uninstalled and re-installed 6.5.0 and everything works as normal.

Hi,I wonder if anyone can help. When I'm in a meeting everything is being audio-described to me out loud (chat messages, people arriving and leaving etc) which I think means my 'screen reader' settings are on and I don't want them to be.However, when I'm trying to find how to turn them off it seems to be in the 'accessibility' tab. I can't find one of these, and my settings menu on zoom open in my browser looks different to the examples I've seen online, with no accessibility tab.I've tried to download the latest version thinking I may be working off an old version but the hasn't helped. I'm using a MacBook and opening zoom through safari. Any ideas on how I might find the accessibility tab and stop the audio description?!Many thanks
The last few times I've been in a meeting I haven't been able to get my camera to work. This time it said "Camera being used by other apps. Close apps and try again", except I didn't have any other apps open. I even tried ending Norton on the task manager and turning the Safecam off/on. I've looked through all my settings, both on my computer and on Zoom, and nothing works. But when I go in my settings, I get a preview, so I know the camera is capable of working. I don't understand what's going on. If it helps I use an Acer.
Hi. We're hosting internal presentations on Zoom Meetings. Some of our guest presenters will be external (different email domain), some internal to our company (same email domain). I'll be made a co-host by the meeting creator. I want some private prep time with the guest presenter prior to allowing everyone to join to do A/V checks, housekeeping, and the like. It'll be me, the host, and the presenter. A few minutes before the scheduled meeting time, I'll allow the attendees in. If we enable the Waiting Room feature, we can let the guest presenter in, and up to a few dozen people will be waiting. 1. Can we allow everyone in at once?2. Can the Waiting Room be disabled so late attendees can come in without host interaction?3. Is the Waiting Room the best way to resolve this problem?4. At the end of the presentation, can I kick everyone out except those designated as host/co-host/presenter (i.e. everyone who was in the Waiting Room) as a group? Or do they need to be manuall
I hosted a zoom meeting recently and (stupidly) did not manually save the chat prior to closing the meeting. For many recent webinars, the chat automatically popped up in a folder when the meeting closed - but that didn't happen this time. Is there a way to recover the chat from this meeting that I was host of? I do not think that the autosave feature was turned on. I did check my documents/zoom folder on my computer and it is not there (though several other chats are!).
I am looking to contact Zoom Contact Center to a third party AI Agent over SIP/TLS (SRTP). Below is what I am looking for, is there documentation on how to set this up or what is possible? 1. The Call comes into Zoom Contact Center2. Zoom Contact Center IVR routes the call to the third party AI Agent using SIP/TLS with UUI/X-headers for metadata3. Ideally, Zoom Contact Center IVR can retain control over the call, so when the AI Agent "leg" end the call, it can return to the Zoom IVR for further routing (i.e. to a human agent for example).4. Zoom Contact Center exposes an API end-point the AI Agent can use, to update the metadata of the interaction so the Zoom IVR can use that metadata to route the call appropriately, i.e. to a specific queue for example. Note: If the Zoom Contact center IVR cannot retain control over the call when it is passed to the third party AI Agent, can a SIP REFER w/UUI or X-headers be used to transfer the call back to Zoom for human agent
Yesterday I turned on meeting summary, as I have done for other meetings in the past, but it didn't render and there's no record of it on my Zoom account. Is there any way to find it if it exists?

In the current Windows version of Zoom Workplace, the Home/Today panel on the right side cannot be hidden. It can only be expanded, not collapsed. There is no collapse button, no menu option, and no way to disable it. This blocks the workspace in Team Chat and reduces usability. The panel needs to be collapsible, just like in earlier versions. Please restore the ability to hide it.

Hi,I have not easily found the answer to this on the Zoom website, and I did speak with a sales rep on the phone this afternoon, but what she told me doesn't seem to match up with what I'm seeing on the official Zoom site.I want a package with VOIP and meetings, with a signed BAA for HIPAA compliance. The rep told me that I can do this. However, there is no option for the BAA when checking out online (one of the reasons for my skepticism). Is there a way to combine these two? Perhaps I'm missing something very obvious on the site.Thank you.
Hello, I use Zoom many times a day, and the desktop app launches directly from links in calendar invites. Is there a way to bypass the webpage that systematically opens and stays open even though it reroutes to the desktop app? As I have multiple Zoom calls every day, I end up with unnecessary open Zoom webpage tags in my browser, it messes up with my OCD 😉 I looked in settings, etc. but I could only find the converse, ie allowing users to open in browser as opposed to the desktop app. Thanks!

Hello, my company is in the process of deploying Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon gen 13 (model 21NT) across our enterprise, and we cannot get Zoom audio to work anymore on USB wired Plantronics headsets for those people who have the new laptops. Normally I would chalk this up to the laptop since that's what's changed, but it's just audio and only in Zoom. The headsets work fine for Windows system audio, work fine in Teams and other audio applications, and even the microphone works fine and records and plays back OK in Zoom if I select a different audio device to test with. Things I have tried so far: updating the firmware on the headset (the one I'm testing with is a Plantronics Blackwire 3215, I'm not sure of the specific model others with the issue have but they're all similar models), updating all drivers and firmware on the laptop, updating Zoom. I'm testing with Zoom 6.5.12. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I realize it's fairly narrow band but I
Help, we are frustrated. Our users have access to listen to the recordings that they manually initiate on outbound calls, but cannot listen to the inbound calls that the answers and are automatically recorded. Their individual settings give them permission to listen to recordings and there is no place to specificy inbound, outbound, both. Is there another setting someplace?
Zoom is currently kicking out some participants during the session. When they try to rejoin, they are seeing error codes 103033 and 104122. Do you have any similar exp after the cloudflare incident?

I tested Zoom on different Linux distributions (Garuda, Pop!_OS, Nobara, Mint) using a Logitech C922 webcam (1080p), and in none of them was Zoom able to use the HD resolution. It always defaulted to 480p.I tried several ways to fix it, but nothing worked—whether using Wayland or X11, GNOME or KDE, the result was the same.Any idea how to solve this?
I have just upgraded the Zoom workplace client to version 6.6.6, and the share screen chooser is garbled (see attached screenshot). Downgrading to 6.6.0 fixes the problem. I tried this on Gnome/Wayland on both openSUSE Tumbleweed (Zoom workpkace rpm package; Gnome 49.1) and on Bluefin GTS (Zoom flatpak install; Gnome 47.5). Does anyone else observe this, or is it just me? Edit: also tested on openSUSE Leap 15.6 with Gnome/Wayland 45.3: same problem.
