Zoom Pro Plus for Healthcare with VOIP bundle and BAA (re HIPAA)?

Hi,

I have not easily found the answer to this on the Zoom website, and I did speak with a sales rep on the phone this afternoon, but what she told me doesn't seem to match up with what I'm seeing on the official Zoom site.

I want a package with VOIP and meetings, with a signed BAA for HIPAA compliance. The rep told me that I can do this. However, there is no option for the BAA when checking out online (one of the reasons for my skepticism). Is there a way to combine these two? Perhaps I'm missing something very obvious on the site.

Thank you.

    hi @OccamsShaver

Zoom for Healthcare allows you to leverage Zoom Workplace while still enabling your privacy, security, and compliance goals.

Zoom offers Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise plans which include both Zoom Meetings and Zoom Phone to customers in the healthcare space. Zoom also enters into BAAs with customers who are subscribed to other paid plans listed on Zoom’s Plans & Pricing page.

The Zoom support article below describes how to request a Business Associate Agreement when signing up for Zoom services.

    HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA)

    Hi @Eliot

Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the links. Am I understanding correctly that if I subscribe for a non healthcare Workplace Pro Plus plan that I can manually request a signed BAA (since that option is not showing up during checkout)?

    Thanks again
