I have just upgraded the Zoom workplace client to version 6.6.6, and the share screen chooser is garbled (see attached screenshot). Downgrading to 6.6.0 fixes the problem. I tried this on Gnome/Wayland on both openSUSE Tumbleweed (Zoom workpkace rpm package; Gnome 49.1) and on Bluefin GTS (Zoom flatpak install; Gnome 47.5). Does anyone else observe this, or is it just me? Edit: also tested on openSUSE Leap 15.6 with Gnome/Wayland 45.3: same problem.
Does anyone know if its possible to use iCalendar/Mac Calendar with Zoom to schedule/show meetings? We have the desktop app but our email is not hosted by Outlook or Google. It appears that Zoom only supports Exchange and Google for these integrations. Anyone at Zoom reading this - will there ever be Apple support for mail/calendar?
A few days ago we received an few messages like the one above to re-autorize our Office365 email connections. A bit surprising but oh well, went to re-authorize and we are stuck here....Anyone else seen this ? Cannot authorize because of the Microsoft Graph API error. Thanks,Andrew
Hi, I'm trying to set up a project plan in Zoom Data Tables, and can't find a way to make dependent tasks. For example, if row 1 had an end date of 10/10/25, I would want to make the next row's start date of 10/11/25. Is there currently a way to configure this, or would this be a feature request?

Hi everybody, Has anyone tried using Zoom's YouTube app from the Marketplace? We're hoping to use it to substitute the need for hosts to share their screen to show YouTube content. However, we notice a few issues:--The host can hear the YouTube audio, but guests can't, despite the video being in sync.--When trying to change from one video to another, the app performs inconsistently: it either changes to the next video, or nothing happens. Even when the current video ends, and you attempt to select a different one, it doesn't play, requiring you to close out of the app and reopen it.Just curious to see if anyone has identified other bugs so I can reference those issues as I open a case with Zoom support. I am a teacher. I record all my seminars to the cloud. When I share screen everything is fine, when I allow students to share screen the recording automatically stops without notifying me. How do I stop this from happening?
When in a Zoom meeting, I used to be able to adjust desktop speaker volume of my using my computer's volume controls. Now, they do not work on Zoom volume -- instead, I have to go into Zoom Settings/Audio and move the slider. Is this a setting issue? Or did Zoom change this?
Currently, if a call is transferred to a queue, the queue users see only the caller ID of the person transferring the call, not the original caller's number. It makes it difficult when queue users need to go back and reference a caller's number. Is there a way to change this?
I have reviewed several pages of questions related to Polling in Meetings and do not see this question answered. Apologies if I've missed something. We have long had the feature turned on to allow hosts to create a poll before OR DURING a meeting. I have one Pro user who never sees the option to begin a Poll in real time during an active meeting. When I start a meeting myself, as another Pro user, I also don't see a Polling option. We are both updated on version 5.8.7.2058. I have not inquired of anyone else in our organization if they are encountering the same issue, but if two of us are, presumably everyone is. Screenshot attached shows my Zoom menu bar (nothing under More except Live Stream options).Please advise. Thank you,Amber
I recently started getting ENDLESS meeting reminder popups, for meetings that have been cancelled or that I am not attending. These pop up every 5-6 seconds perpetually. Apparently the only way to stop them is to DELETE THE MEETING that they are reminding me of.• Closing the pop (via the "X") closes it momentarily, then it reappears again in a few seconds• Clicking "Snooze" closes the popup, but AGAIN for only a few seconds• Clicking "Dismiss" (after the scheduled start time) closes the popup, but AGAIN it pops up within a few seconds!!• Even if I join the meeting momentarily and then leave the meeting (or end the meeting, if it was my own meeting), the popup STILL starts coming back every few seconds!!!This is insane!! Why can't I simply close / dismiss the reminder and have it be GONE?!?!? This is SO ANNOYING!!I am apparently running Zoom Workplace version 6.1.12 (46889) on a Windows 11 PC.

Have been having a lot of issues with zoom at the moment, my account went from sessions to webinars plus and some features were deleted as part of the re-brand. The option to create channels and playlists were there, but now unusable despite me creating a channel before it changed. Moving to a hub which allows me to create the channels and I have transferred past events across to enable me to use the recordings in that hub but some recordings and events are not there now. I have to use the main log in for zoom, go to recordings, download and then upload to a specific hub. This then only uploads a certain view, and no transcripts ect. losing the ability to use smart chapters etc. Is anyonde else having this issue or is there some simple way that I have totally missed?
Hi, Is there any option to switch between the Camera and the Presentation Screen quickly, without closing the screen sharing? If there is no such option to do it now, is it possible to make some software improvements to enable such an option to use the full screen Camera view, while doing a presentation.

Is it possible for a participant to record meeting without host invitation or permission? If a participant records, will this cancel the host’s recording? Paid subscription host recording to local device. Thanks for your expertise!
Example: I am the host of a meeting and start recording the session. I need to leave early, so I make someone a co-host. Question: Will the meeting continue to record with the co-host if I leave? Or will recording end? I am recording to the cloud.

Hello,We're currently migrate on Zoom phone and one of big restriction we've identified is the video support of 2N intercom directly with the zoom application without a video-capable IP phones.Indeed, our user are using the video to identified the person at the door to open it directly from their desk (via dtmf code). On our previous phone solution, video worked directly on the softphone and deskphone.We can use 2N specific app on workstation but it's a big challenge with the number of intercoms and contacts.So, we are requesting that Zoom support 2N intercom video with Zoom desktop / mobileBest regards

I’m currently using the Zoom Basic plan to create instant meetings through API requests and display them on my website using the component view. I noticed that with both the Basic and Pro plans, I can’t host multiple meetings at the same time. If I purchase the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan, will I be able to host multiple meetings simultaneously?
I was testing license assignments and now I have message: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit.But I still have one license which is unused. How I can at least assign it to some user and use my license? At least Zoom need to show that limit somewhere or return my money.
A client called today to complain that on his Mac, his zoom desktop no longer sends meeting invitations. I am not a mac user, but from my work in Zoom on Windows, when scheduling a meeting, if Outlook is configured it will open the Send meeting invite and you can then enter the recipients.On mac all I can get it to do is add the meeting to the outlook calendar, or with apple mail configured, I can add the meeting to the icloud calendar, but not invitation is actually sent. What am I doing wrong? Is this really possible on mac desktop zoom client? Thank you!
I was using zoom phone plan.But I forgot to pay the invoice until due date so my plan is ended now.I want to resubscribe again and use the numbers I was using previously again.How should I do?
We have a few VIP staff members that have all of their calls screened by their Administrative assistants. We have hidden the VIP staff from the directory, and have a queue setup with their name so the their admin assistants can take them. The problem is that when a VIP makes a call to a staff member, their extension shows on the receiving end. This has caused their extension to be leaked and they are now receiving calls directly. Their phones should always, always, always go to the Admin assistants first. Their phone should not ring except for a incoming intercom.In our previous on-prem solution, we could make the outbound caller ID show as private without their extension number showing. We need a solution that will anonymize their internal extension number.
