Hi, when I screenshare, my audio distorts for people listening. It crackles I've tried everything I can think of. Anyone having similar issues.I'm not the best technically but I get by. I can usually sort these things out.It's frustrating. TIAYvonne
My problem is that the Zoom Rooms client uses both screens of a dual monitor setup to display my shared content. According to the settings in the web portal, one screen should display the participants instead. Even after changing the settings back and forth and restarting the client nothing changed.
I can't find my phone call transcripts or recordings. I can see in the log that the recordings were made, but no way to listen to or download them. I asked the chat box, but it couldn't understand the question. maybe this helps this is my plan Zoom Workplace Pro Plus with US/CA Unlimited
The "Meeting Summary with AI Companion" button is grayed out in Settings > AI Companion and cannot be changed.It says 'Locked by Admin', but I am the (only) owner and user of the account. I have the same problem with a different account that I have for a non profit organization.Both accounts are paid accounts.Please advise.
I have created a Webinar to use with "Webinar on Demand."I have also created the necessity for registration and approval to be able to watching the recording.However, once someone registers, is approved, and the receives the link to watch the recording, is there a way to disable the ability for them to forward that link to someone else (who hasn't registered and isn't approved)?What's the point of registration & approval if only one individual is necessary to register & be approved and then from that point they can can simply share the email link with whoever they choose?
I am a new Zoom phone admin and we seem to be having some troubles with call forwarding. We are mostly using Poly vvx250 phones, but we have 2 receptionists that use vvx450s (pretty much the same thing).The receptionists are used to accessing features from a physical phone and seem to be hesitant to use the zoom portal settings.From a simple extension desk phone, I can use a soft key button to forward calls to another extension and any calls are forwarded fine regardless if it's an internal or external incoming phone call.But if we try to replicate the same process on either of the receptionists phone, the phone calls are not getting forwarded. There is no notification on either phone of a call and neither phone will ring.The only difference I can think of, is both of these reception phones are members of their own call queues.I can't find any call queue settings that should affect the phone's forwarding process but I can't think of anything else that is different.One work around is ge

Recently our customers haven’t been getting through to our office, after investigations, it seems that our in-bound phone line has an additional new English ascent generated message saying ‘thanks for calling (company). Unfortunately, no one is available to take your call at the moment. please leave name and number’, immediate followed by our normal ‘Hi welcome to (company), Just one moment while I will see who is available to take your call’. After the first message our customer hang up & don’t get through to the normal response thus it doesn’t ring through to our office. Has anyone had this issue before? Our office hours have remained the same & no has changed setting for over 6 months. Can anyone help me as to what setting I need to adjust to turn off the currently activated first (new) AI voice message? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
When I am in a zoom meeting, how do I know which account I am signed in with? I have access to 4 different zoom accounts and log in and out of them frequently depending on the work I am doing. When I'm in a meeting, how do I know which one I am currently using? Is there an easy way to do this from inside the meeting itself? Thanks.
Hi, I am not finding my paid for Zoom account as user friendly as I'd like. Pretty new to tech. Where is my clipboard, and why does it say "Pending" next to the contact I just added? Basically, how do I invite an attendee, and one that isnt a Zoom account holder?
I attended a meeting last night with many people muted. When it came time for homeowners to speak, we were individually called On. Two of the most outspoken people against the board were called onto to speak, but they were unable to unmute themselves. Both of them are very techy and at one point, they one of them was unable to unmute and all of a sudden she muted again, not without touching anything herself so my question is is it possible for the host to block an individual from speaking even after they tell them to speak? Can it be done permanently or would the host simply mute them again after they have unmuted? Thank you for your help.
At some point in Chrome I must have selected "always" "Join from Your Browser" because every time I now click on a Zoom link it wants me to join in the browser - and does not give me the option to open the app. I can workaround it, but how do I undo this setting or get the default back. I would like the toolbar to display at all times on bottom of screen during the meeting. Is there a setting that will accomplish this?
I use Zoom docs daily and find them quite useful. Most of the time I'm not interested in using covers, but they are helpful in some cases. I understand that I can upload custom images to use as page covers and that the maximum size is 20MB . . . but that is literally the ONLY information I can find *anywhere* about working with covers. Is there any documentation available on this? It is clear that images resize and scale dynamically but it is not clear how this works or any suggestions on how to create headers effectively that will look as intended at various sizes. Is there a Zoom Docs documentation resource that I don't know about?
At last nights Webinar meeting my remote participants couldn't hear me. I could hear them. Is there a setting I'm missing?
Hello, I'm trying to set the option to live stream to Facebook from my smartphone. I have a license which allows it and the option exists from my laptop. However I don't see the option from the app and I haven't found a way to change it in the app settings... Does anyone has any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you!

I am an Admin on my account. I turned on "Allow participants to join before host," but it didn't work. I see the blue button. The participants still have to wait until I allow them to attend the meeting. I logged off and logged on, and it didn't help.Is there another place where I have to permit all participants to enter the meeting room without manually admitting them?
The recording/ zoom meeting was just less than 24 hours ago. I saw it converting but left the computer open and when I checked today, it was not saved on my local file. Went to my recording tab and recorded meetings, it says "FILE DOES NOT EXIST" Options are: Open, Convert and Delete, when you choose open and convert, it says the same thing. It also shows on Meeting Details that it was recorded. Help Please!
With Zoom basic, is there a feature to require an "rsvp" to receive the Zoom meeting code and link? You see this sometimes with large Zoom meetings when the organizers don't know everyone. I know how to copy the meeting credentials to join, but want to add this extra step. Thanks,
I need help with this error please! (I tried creating a ticket but the response from zoom was that they are not receiving any tickets at this moment)I am trying to log into zoom on a new apple silicon MacBook air. I downloaded both the intel and silicon version of the zoom client but when I try to authenticate with google (As I used to do in my last computer) I get the following error:"You cannot sign into zoom using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instruction"(screenshot found in attachments)I've tried:- different browsers with no different result- the silicon and intel versions of the zoom client with no different result- I'm able to able to authenticate the same way in my iPad and Mobile Android phone with no problems- I can't even authenticate with my personal account (which is not tied to any company)- I can authenticate normally in my pc using the windows client both in my company account and personal account- My account is managed by my company and no change
Hello,since an update there is no more possibility for me to show Zoom windows during a screen share. I enabled this feature in the account settings, but in "setting / share screen" there is no box "Showing Zoom windows during screen share" to select (look at my screenshot).Any ideas?Thanks, Goerd
My main user profile cannot log into the desktop mac app and gets the attached errors. However, the 2nd user profile on this machine can log in and I noticed that in the "Privacy & Security" settings then "Local Network" Zoom is listed and checked on the profile that works but on the main profile Zoom is not listed. Also there is no option or plus sign to add an app manually. How do I load zoom on this profile and get it in the Local Network section so it will work? Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work even when I download the latest app straight from the website. I do not get prompted to allow the app for local network for some reason. How can I fix this?

Good morning.I've just bought "Large rooms - 1000" and tomorrow I'm having an event for 900 participants. I've read that I'll only be able to allocate 200 in the breakout rooms, how do I change that option? I want to create 50 breakout rooms with 18 participants in each.Thank you very much.
