My Zoom AI Companion stopped keeping notes on the participants conversations in my Teams meetings

Hi, I use my Zoom AI Companion to record and take notes of my Teams meetings as well. I just got a new laptop and for some reason it does not record the other participants in my Teams meeting now - it only records and keeps the transcript for me. How do I fix this issue? Thanks Bob

    Hello,

If you want to use Zoom AI Companion from recording and summarizing your Teams (or other third-party) meetings, you can turn on the permission:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal.
    2. Navigate to Account Management depending on your account level.
    3. Click on the AI Companion.
    4. Under the Meeting or Third-Party Meeting sections, toggle on the settings that allow the AI Companion assistant to join or transcribe outside meetings.
