Newbie Question about Meeting Registration

Apologies if this has been asked a lot - I didn't know what to search for. Our Licences are: Zoom One Business and Zoom Events. We're trying to get started on Zoom Webinars and want users to register but don't want them to have to enter One Time Pass...
Biography
I'm part of a team responsible for IT (which includes meeting technology) in a company that is very meeting-centric. Most of the time we use Teams internally but we've found that Zoom is more suitable for forums and webinars.
