When calling from the shared line to an outgoing number, the caller ID shows us as just the number rather than the name assigned to the Shared Line. Is there a way to change the Shared Line outgoing caller ID to reflect a name rather than a number?
How do you get it so that the line isn't put on hold automatically while conferencing people in? I'd like the people on the line already to be able to continue talking while other people are called to be conferenced in.
