To initiate an event request, we leverage a robust Service Management Solution equipped with advanced form functionalities and approval processes. It's crucial for users to specify the Workspace Reservation ID in the form to facilitate follow-up by the assigned personnel. Furthermore, in the event of a request denial, we aim to automate the cancellation of the reservation through API integration
