Whiteboard comments glitching

Hi all,

I’ve been using zoom whiteboard for a while and today when i click on my past comments they don’t know anymore, they appreared to be glitching and unstable. I’ve restarted my laptop, restated zoom , updated the app to the latest version, used the browser, but none of them worked. For new comments, that's not a problem - if I create a new one then it works properly. Does anyone have the same problem, and if yes how did you solve it?

Hi @Clary ,

In the top-right corner next to your profile icon, you’ll find the More Tools button. Click on it to access the Comment Panel. Within the Comment Panel, could you check the filter button to see if your previous comments are categorized as resolved comments? This might explain why they’re not appearing as expected.
