Double clicking the whiteboard makes it go fullscreen. This would not usually be a problem, but when using a separate writing tablet, we will often inadvertently double tap the stylus when writing quickly. This causes us to continuously alternate between going full screen and windowed, which is seriously disturbing to the class.
Is there a way to fix this? Perhaps by disabling the double click feature?

I second this request. I also thank you for letting me know why my whiteboard kept going full screen!

Thirded. This is seriously disruptive. It makes the whiteboard almost unusable for me.

Could you do this (anyone in Zoom that reads these) - this "double click" to maximize the window is incredibly annoying. There needs to be an option to at least turn it off - you can turn off many of the keyboard shortcuts - can you turn off this stupid mouse shortcut as well? Honestly, I'm not even sure why this would be useful to anyone.
