New Whiteboard won't work for me. Anyone else having this issue?

I get the following message when I try to use it

You are not entitled to meeting service. Please contact the administrator.

The problem is I am the owner of the account so there isn't an administrator.  I can't find any option to fix it and I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Please check below

• Free and Pro accounts are limited to 3 Whiteboards and Business+ accounts have unlimited Whiteboards.
• Zoom Whiteboard Add-Ons may be purchased for non Business+ accounts to increase the limitation.

Please check according to your plan, if you have the plan and still have this error I recommend checking the settings for the whiteboard.

If still didn't work, please uninstall your Zoom client app, and reinstall it.
