I cannot open whiteboard in Zoom meeting

I build my new whiteboard and plan to open during meeting in ZOOM.
Anyway, I can't do.
The way I went along is

1. build new whiteboard

2. open zoom meeting 

3. click whiteboard icon and choose the whiteboard I want to open
 after that, the screen appeared popup with this message " unable to load this whiteboard error code: 124007"
Anyone has the answer to solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings. Click the Meeting tab. Under In Meeting (Basic), click the Whiteboard (Classic) toggle to enable it

Sorry that I provided not enough information, in this case, I mean I could not open new whiteboard. Do you have any solution? Thks alot.

you mean to enable or disable it.
As i disable it, I can open my (new)whiteboard now. Thanks!
