help customizing email

Hi, I've been customizing the registration confirmation email template, but there are a few things I can't seem to get working. 

  • the first part of the email seems to be indented
  • would like to move the speaker title, comments, etc to the side of the speakers picture (tried rowspan but didn't work)
  • if possible would like to have the speakers picture as a circle.

 below is the code for the email and attached is a screenshot of what it generates
