Hey,
I recorded a webinar today to my computer, like I always do. However, Zoom did not generate all the video files it usually does. It only exported one video file with the audio and just the slides. Unfortunately, the speaker window didn't appear on the recording even though they did on the actual live webinar.
Does anyone have any idea why? Again, this is a computer recording and our last webinar last month worked perfectly. The only thing I can think that I did differently was that I had 2 screens this time around. Do you think that interfered?
In any case, does anyone know if it's possible to recover any files that maybe have the speaker box in the image as well?
Thank you.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @julliamachado.
My understanding is that a Local/Computer recording attempts to mimic the screen view of the person recording. Having split to 2 screens, I'm pretty sure it only captures the "primary" screen, which will contain the shared screen.
Consider moving your recording to the Cloud, where there are many options available, and not tied to the view of the user initiating the recording. You can save on file space (and expense) by downloading files and deleting the cloud version once you've verified your download.
