Where did the rating scale go in Webinar Surveys?

Where did the rating scale option go when creating a webinar survey? It seems to have been replaced with a ranking scale. It is great to add an option, but why take one away?  We use the same feedback survey on every webinar we run and most of the questions use the rating scale.

I answered my own question. The rating scale has been moved to the bottom of the options list and you have to scroll down to find it.
