Recorded webinar viewed report is showing user name as Guest

Unable to identify who has viewed the recorded content in Zoom Webinar. How to get the user name in the viewed list instead of guest.

If a Zoom user is signed in to their account on the web and views or downloads the recording, it displays their name and associated email address.

Otherwise, guests who view recordings and do not provide their emails to the host will not be displayed in the recording analytics; their email will be hidden in the By View tab because it’s not available.

What if users are using other application to attend webinar. We are getting the participant list and attendee details from the webinar session. We are registering the staff details into Zoom and we are not getting the viewed list details from Zoom. Please help on this.
