Question about basic users on a Pro account

Hi! I have a paid (Pro) Zoom account.

I have a few questions about basic (unpaid) users on this account:

1. What is the maximum meeting duration for basic users for 1-to-1 sessions? Is there a 40min timeout for 1-to-1 meetings for basic users?

2. Can two or more basic users on a Pro account host different meetings at the same time (simultaneously)?

Thanks!

Best,

Anait

Hi

Thanks for contacting Zoom community .

  1. Maximum meeting duration for basic users for 1-to-1 sessions: Basic users have a 40-minute time limit for 1-on-1 meetings (meeting or webinar)

  2. Hosting meetings simultaneouslyEach Basic user and Licensed user on a Pro account is limited to hosting only 1 meeting at a time. However, different users on the same Pro account can host their own meetings simultaneously.
