We're using zoom events to run a webinar and no matter what I have selected I can't access separate audio tracks.
As far as I can tell everything is correctly set up in the web interface and it's also set up to record seperate audio files in the desktop app but no matter what we do it's still only producing one combined audio track.
Any help would be great

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @beckyhopkins.
My good friend @YaBoiB gave you some great info for setting up the recording of separate audio files. I’m wondering if your question is more about accessing the files once they’re enabled. Either way, this information is also important to you.
This is what you will see in a Cloud Recording display on the Zoom Web portal:
The additional audio tracks aren’t immediately visible – you must click the ^ icon (first green circle) to display them. Then, to download them (which must be done individually) you need to select the line and click the download icon that appears (second green circle).
Unfortunately, you’ll find that the filename is not the same as shown in the file listing. The name of the speaker is missing, and instead there is a number, which seems to be the order in which the person joined.

Thanks Both, @Ray_Harwood you are 100% correct! I was looking in the wrong place! 🤣

Hello @beckyhopkins,
If you go onto the settings of the account that has the webinar or Zoom events license and go to settings > recording tab > check the box that has recording audio-only files and the sub categories it will record seperate audio files and show up in your "recordings & transcripts."
As you can see on my account, I just check all of the boxes so that I can manage my recordings as such, then I just delete the recordings or download them to save cloud storage on my account. I also use a separate storage unit (external HD drive) to store some of my most important data so that I will make sure that I never lose it.
