Internet Plan for Webinars

Hi there,

I plan on hosting webinars to approximately 300 people. 

What do I want to look for in regards to internet speeds and so forth from my internet provider for best quality video? What can I expect to pay monthly?

Totally new at this and don't want to mess up, because these webinars will be prepaid.
