hello, is it possible to limit the Zoom webinar account from 5000 to only 2500 participants who can join? How to?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @PDI.

 

The accounts only come in certain Participant increments, as shown on the pricing page (https://zoom.us/pricing/events). There is a 3,000 participant level you might consider.
