Converting Zoom Webinar to Meeting - Losing Reg In...

We currently have a zoom webinar setup but we have decided to do breakout rooms and I am aware you can convert your webinar into a meeting. My question is when I go to do it it gives me a pop up that I will lose my registration details. Is it best to wait to change it before the event closes since I will need to pull the registration details of our participants?

Just download the report before you convert as backup. But the meeting will still have all your attendees who registered. You just have a different registration report, under meetings, not webinar. You will not loose any info. Just share a new registration link for the meeting. The meeting ID is still the same as the webinar ID.
