Can I have you elaborate on a few things. Are you in a meeting or Webinar? Or, are you attempting to access this information via a report? Thanks

This is during a zoom class meeting I'm hosting, that I have in 2 hours again. I can not view participant names with their pictures, but they can view each others'. So I don't know who I'm talking to when I'm looking at them.

@Pria I am getting this thread turned into a ticket so that we are able to troubleshoot further.
