how to get the delete account to be activated while both sign in and sign up isnt wrking

every tym i try logging in it says it couldnt   connect to re captcha ....can anyone tell me hw to sort this..?

If you are facing a captcha problem, I would recommend trying different browser or a different device to login.

If your account is deactivated beyond online recovery, I would think you would need to contact Support.

An Online chat might work - or a web request.
