Hey @cpgal , here is a KB article that may help with Not receiving emails from Zoom. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360032808951-Not-able-to-receive-emails-from-Zoom 

 

There may be a good chance that the email bounced -- to remove this you can contact our Zoom technical support and they can further look into your issue.
