an error in login access

We are using some of your Zoom plans for education to our customers, and we are having trouble logging in the access. (plz see below the captured picture)

 

We tried several times, but we couldn’t get the emails written below(***********).

So could you please check our login access?

I've unblocked this email-id and the user will receive the OTP in their mailbox. Kindly check with the user.

I face the same problem, there we share several accounts within our organization but we don't share the email, thus I cannot get the verification code to re-login the other accounts. What can I do?

please help i have same problem.

can't enter zoom because it asks for a 6-digit code via email while the email domain is dead
how do i get my zoom account back?
