Zoom app for Windows is unstable

I'm using zoom on a Windows 11 laptop specs ->

4 GB ram

intel core i3 processor

my laptop is low-end, but all other apps and programs including office work super stable. The zoom app is really annoying because it's very slow and frequently keeps freezing. And I have no other option because uses Zoom and other video conference solutions don't have that good features like Zoom

I do keep my client up to date, so please fix this...

thanks

Hey @kitlab_error, do you have other applications open while using Zoom? Double-check that task manager to see the CPU consumption of applications. Also, are you on a 32bit or 64bit system? 🙂

mostly I would be running ms edge along with zoom, but even when i'm running only zoom it doesn't work as intended. and also, I do look into the task manager and end all unnecessary things running in the background.
