Zoom API support for Pro Account

I am new to zoom apps and the API but I've been trying to test out getting user metrics, specifically the qos parameters that are available in the API.  However, after I've authorized my app with a JWT I get a failure this is only available for Business Accounts.

 

Can  someone let me know if the Zoom API is supported for Pro accounts?  We only have 3 licenses at the time and no need to upgrade but really need the QoS stats.

I see these links and I've already got the APIs fro mthe marketplace but I keep getting denied access on my Pro account.  Just trying to see if a Biz account is needed or it's a OATH/JSON issue.
