Unable to login to Zoom, says contact my IT support

Hi, I am trying to login and get a message that I need up get an update to at least zoom ver 5.10.xx or higher but then I can't do anything. It says contact my IT team to update but I don't have an IT team. When I follow instructions online to do the update it says to login and follow steps a-x but I can't even login so does anybody know what I am supposed to do?

Did you get this solved?  My husband is on a PC and has the same problem.  I'm on a Mac and have no problem.
