We use Zoom extensively to coordinate among our various departments, each of which has it's own channel. It would be a huge help if there were simple Team Chat templates that could be inserted into the text editor to remind team members what information is needed depending on the channel they are using. For example,
Request for Assistance
Name of user who needs assistance:
User ID:
Best time to contact:
This would help everyone remember what's required in each channel for someone to respond.
Thanks!

Our Workflow Automation would solve for this exact use case (for any accounts that have paid licensing). Workflow Automation is considered "Public Beta" so your Admins or Account Owner simply needs to accept the Beta agreement in the web portal and enable the feature. Then you can easily build out the Form (Collect Information) using a template, drag and drop functionality. Here are the guides:

Using Workflow Automation: https://support.zoom.com/hc?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0076049

Fantastic, my company does have a paid account. I'll look into this.
