Is anyone else seeing this? We've been sending images and screenshots to each other for years and yesterday that functionality seemed to break. We're on day two of the outage and completely crippled.
Symptoms:
-When pasting an image, .TXT file, or screenshot Zoom spins like it's uploading for a minute or two and errors out.
-Even when trying to send myself an image in Zoom, on my cell phone, using my public carrier, Zoom spins and eventually fails.
-Inside the firewall or outside makes no difference.
-Everyone is in the same group and IM group.
We can still chat each other with text-based messages though.

Update: This is resolved and can be closed. The issue ended up being a sync problem with AWS that the Zoom support team had to resolve on the back end.

I have the same problem. Did you have to do anything or did they solve it by themselves? Thanks.

It appears to be doing it again - but I think I may be the only one with the issue in our [small] office.
