On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I have recorded a session but the folder does not exist

Please help, I have recorded a session in zoom but once I stopped recording, there's no folder, so I can't locate the recording. Help please. Thanks.

This is my exact problem. No one has offered a solution?

OK, I found mine. It was in my Zoom folder under Documents, but just sort of camouflaged among other files. The tricky thing was that opening it by clicking on the "open" menu option from some other file resulted in a message that the file had been corrupted. But when I opened it from the file manager, it was not corrupted. It converted automatically just fine.

Be sure to set the default folder in your Zoom Client app Settings -> Recording tab. This is where all local recordings will go. For your convenience there is a button that will open the folder on your desktop.
