I hear the organizer speak but I can't hear the music they're sharing. Is there a setting that will enable me to hear both the speaker and the music?

The correct way to achieve this is by using the SHARE/ADVANCED//COMPUTER SOUND options. This will allow the computer audio to be fed into ZOOM e.g. from an app that is playing music.

More detailes available in the second half of this page: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362643-Sharing-computer-sound-in-a-screen-share

Just keep in mind, that the music volume and othe computer sounds will be at the same level when someone speaksduring the meeting.
