Zoom Events Single Session

In Zoom Events, if you set up a Single Session (full) Event  - am I correct in thinking there is no lobby chat facility or countdown timer? And that this is only available on multi-session events? I'm wondering if it's a problem on my account or if its not featured.

The Lobby Chat Feature is only available in the Multi-session event type:

A work-around, if you are interested in using Lobby Chat for a single session event, is to create a Multi-Session event but only put one session in it.
