Hi fellow community members,
I’m experiencing an issue where individuals booking meetings with me via the Zoom scheduler are not receiving the cancel or reschedule link in their confirmation emails, all other pertinent details are there.
any suggestions to remediate this.

Hi @fivestepsthree! The "include cancel and reschedule links to notifications" might be disabled in your booking page(s). To enable this, go to Zoom Scheduler, click the gear icon (More Actions), then select Edit. Navigate to Notifications then scroll down to Cancellation Policy and click > to expand. Check the box for the cancel/reschedule links then click Finish to save.

Hi, unfortunately, that is not the issue.
The link to cancel or reschedule in the invitation is missing.
I have tried creating a meeting using an alternate email address and an alternate phone number even I don’t get the link at the bottom for rescheduling or canceling the meeting..
is there a way the link can be provided in the SMS?

Thanks for the suggestion however that is not the case that was the first thing that I had checked and it is unable for the Scheduler.
Would appreciateAny other suggestions anyone else has.
