Zoom Rooms Setting is Locked

Hi there

 

Any idea why I am unable to change my Zoom Rooms Account Setting?
I want to enable to NDI and I am also the user and the owner.

Please kindly assist if you have the solution.

@tigersaw It looks like you do not have edit access to Zoom Rooms. You will want to make sure that you have edit access to these Zoom Rooms, then the options should be clickable. You would need to make this change under the Roles section of the web portal.
