Can't disable Non-verbal feedback

When looking in the setting in the web portal, "Non-verbal feedback" is missing. I've disabled reactions, and when doing so it says it will affect the non-verbal feedback setting, but it still doesn't disable non-verbal feedback. Disabling reactions disables all the emoji reactions, but it still doesn't get rid of the yes/no/slow down/speed up reactions. Apparently that's controlled by the non-verbal feedback setting, but I can't find it.

When looking at the source code for the settings page, I find a block of JSON with all the settings, and it has this:

{"featureId":"nonverbalfeedback","value":true, ...

showing that non-verbal feedback is enabled, even though reactions are disabled and locked at the account level:

{"featureId":"meetingReactions","value":false,"overrides":false,"locked":{"value":true,"level":"account", ...

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @gabe_luci.

It used to be there... but now it's gone.  I'm raising this issue with my Zoom contacts - I'll let you know when I find out more.

For reference:

I experienced the same problem yesterday, and the control which would disable non-verbal feedback is not to be found.  There are also many other unwanted reactions added to the meeting controls.  We do not need additional ways for our meeting to be disrupted.

We are trying to turn this feature off as well. Most of our meetings are held in a question and answer format, so people are used to putting up their hand. We don't want to any of the other non-verbal feedback or emoji options.

I contacted support and they said they have removed the option from the web portal as they have added it to the app now. However, we have the latest version of the app and cannot see the option there either. All the support docs on their portal only reference the location on the web portal, which has been removed now.

The support person got the "back-end team" to turn the option off for us and now it's even worse. Some users still have and can use the non-verbal feedback options and the rest can't see any options in the react menu anymore, not even the option to raise their hand.

I noticed the exact same problem about the time you did.  I reported the problem, and after a couple weeks of emailing with a Zoom technician, I have been told that MAYBE Zoom will fix this obvious bug.  Maybe?  A feature that has worked (or has been disabled) for over five years is now a MAYBE?
