We have the following problem: when a person lowers the virtual hand, in zoom rooms it automatically raises the hand of another person. This person has not really raised his hand.
This erroneous display of raised hands is only seen in zoom rooms. If another person is following the meeting from a Zoom Desktop he sees the correct status of the raised hands.
It looks like it's a bug. Anyone else has happened?
The problem can be replicated as many times as you want.

Today I had an issue where people used the raise hand feature and after they lowered them it would still show on the Zoom Rooms monitor that their hand was raised. Everyone on laptops saw the raised hands go away. Not exactly the same issue as yours, but it seems related.

Thanks for the reply. Were you able to solve the problem?

I'm having reports of similar issues in various Zoom Rooms. Hopefully someone from Zoom addresses this.

Apparently Zoom Rooms 5.11.3 on Windows has this as a known issue. It will be addressed with the next release. No target date that I know of. I'm downgrading all of my Zoom Rooms to 5.11.0.

Thanks for your reply. I'm going to try downloading the Zoom Rooms version and see if that works.

Downloading the version of zoom rooms has worked.
