In a meeting, a colleague raised his hand. It was displayed that all other participants raised their hands, but the colleague in question was the only one who did not.

The error was not reproducible until now.

Can anyone explain how this bug occurs and how it can be prevented?

 This is a known issue and is set to be resolved in a future release. Targeting 5.12.0 release for Zoom Rooms. Thank you for bringing it to our attention though.
