Reset the UC-Engine password

Hi,

 

Please advise on how to reset the uc-engine password. Someone change it and the default admin/crestron credentials don't work.

Hey @itsupport Thanks for reaching out!!!

 

I did a deep dive into your issue and that uc-engine password seems to be tied to the Crestron rather than a Zoom account. If the password has been changed from the default, please check with the person who changed it or work with a Creston agent on next steps.
