Help getting Conference Room Connector Running

Hello,

 

I'm trying to get the Zoom CRC API running on a VM Windows server. I've installed the API but the service does not start. Any advice would be appreciated!

I am having a similar issue.  We have run the Zoom VRC appliance in a VMware hosted environment for several years with minimal issue. 


Updated to the latest version, 5.11.9124.20230630 and now the VRC processes do not start at all on the appliance. Rebooted several times with the same results.
