Can anyone help me to access a zoom mtg which I have the link to and it keeps needing a password to access it which I am unable to find?

Zoom allows to schedule a meeting that does not require a passcode if you have a waiting room or user authentication set up.
Can you please confirm if the host needs a passcode for the meeting?
