Crestron "Error Running UI"

Anyone else see this image on one of their Crestron zoom room controllers and know how to resolve?

Have you power cycled the touch panel?

That is a Crestron Touch Panel.  It looks like a TSW-1052 or TSW-1060.  The Error in running the UI is either a problem with the Customer User project (Programmed by your AV integrator) or, worse, a failure with the panel's memory.  This has nothing to do with Zoom.  You have to call your AV integrator.
