We are currently using a Cisco ISR router to translate all private IP addressing for internet bound traffic. We also have a Fortinet firewall in place as well. The firewall rules/ports documentation Zoom support provides is not enough because we are getting one-way audio issues with our test Polycom phone. Does any one have any insight on how to make it functional?

Hey, @kasunw310 —
With no answer from the volunteers in the Zoom Community after 3 days, I’d recommend you submit a Support Ticket directly to Zoom Staff at:

Did you ever get a response to this? Over our wireless network, we cannot hear people calling us, but they can hear us. Very odd networking issue.

I appreciate your response - but I was inquiring if the OP had found the resolution through his engagement with ZOOM support.
I already opened a ticket and have gotten the proverbial finger pointing to our firewall or network provider and the each of the other vendors are pointing to each other. So - not looking at opening ANOTHER ticket or escalating my existing one.
